What are the Preferred and Premium Programs?

Upgrade from the TOOLS OF PRACTICE Privilege Membership to either the Preferred or Premium tiers. These advanced tiers offer you additional peace of mind and personal oversight to guide you through all aspects of compliance. Both includes a state and office specific customized manual, forms and templates and with the Premium Membership, a monthly external audit phone call to your office ensuring an active ongoing program. Let us take the worry out of being compliant with HIPAA, OIG, Medicare, Medicaid, OSHA, Personnel, and your State regulations. It also includes access to our experts, and screening through State and Federal Exclusion Lists.

What is my obligation when signing up?

Our Memberships require an initial 12-month commitment and then month to month thereafter. 

What happens when TOOLS OF PRACTICE discovers something non-compliant with my office?

TOOLS OF PRACTICE is here to help all our members.  We answer your questions, guide you through any concerns, report directly to you, and offer you remediation advice.

Can you help my practice with the stress of documentation?

TOOLS OF PRACTICE will direct you through what is and isn’t needed in documentation to help you find your most efficient approach regardless of your volume and what system you utilize.

Why TOOLS OF PRACTICE?

TOOLS OF PRACTICE provides a valuable resource for all members. Paul and Mark bring a unique combination of expertise spanning clinical practice, risk management, compliance, billing, coding, and regulatory matters.

Paul owns and operates a third-party insurance billing company, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges of today’s billing environment. He also serves on a state regulatory board and brings more than a decade of experience working with state and local regulatory boards.

Since 1995, Mark has provided malpractice and board defense services, ranging from case reviews to expert witness testimony. Combined with his years of clinical practice and regulatory board experience, Mark offers members a deep understanding of professional liability, regulatory processes, and practice-related challenges.

What States Accept PACE-recognized CEU's?

Most states and 2 provinces accept PACE-recognized CEU's without "Pre-Check”, through the Federation of Chiropractic Licensing Boards or additional application to the State regulatory board. For the complete list
